Order Status:

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are made-to-order and take between 21-25 days to be produced. Once your order is made for you, you will receive a shipping notification including tracking information for your order.
Can I expedite my order?
No. As our lead times are due to production and not shipping, we do not offer expedited order options at this time.
How can I change/cancel an order?
To make changes to an order (e.g. address changes, size changes) or to cancel an order please reach out to  contact@lolafaturotiloves.com as soon as possible after the order is placed with your order number.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have not received a shipping notification email from us after 20 business days, please reach out to  contact@lolafaturotiloves.com.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the U.S.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO/APO/FPO/DPO BOXES.
What are your shipping costs?
Free shipping for orders over $150
$12 shipping for orders below $150
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is made for you (21-25 days), it arrives in 2-3 business days.
How can I change address once the order has shipped?
If you’d like to change your address after your order has shipped, we recommend reaching out to your local shipping provider’s office with your tracking information to redirect the order. You can find the shipping provider used for your order, either UPS or DHL, in your shipping notification email.

Returns & Exchanges:

What’s your return policy?
Because each piece is made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly repair, replace, or offer store credit.Exchanges for size may be possible depending on fabric availability. Reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to assist.
