Are your pieces made to order?
Most Lola Faturoti Loves pieces are already made and ready to ship. Many are one-of-a-kind, created from vintage, reclaimed, or limited textiles, so once a piece is sold it may not be available again.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
Yes, for one-of-a-kind pieces, the item photographed is the piece you will receive. Because we work with vintage and reclaimed textiles, small variations and signs of their previous life may be present. We see these as part of the beauty and story of the cloth.

How do I know if a piece will fit me?
Measurements are included on individual product pages whenever applicable. Many of our garments are designed with relaxed, generous silhouettes. Please review the measurements before purchasing, and contact us if you need help determining fit.

Where are your pieces made?
Our collections are created through relationships with artisans and small makers, primarily in India. Techniques include natural dyeing, Ajrakh block printing, embroidery, and the reimagining of vintage and reclaimed textiles.

How should I care for my piece?
Care instructions vary depending on the textile and technique. Please refer to the individual product page and care label. Vintage silk and intricately embellished pieces should generally be handled gently and professionally cleaned.

Can sold-out pieces be reordered?
Usually not. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind because the original textile cannot be duplicated. New pieces and interpretations may appear as collections evolve.

Most pieces are already made and ready to ship.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after purchase. You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order has been dispatched.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lola Faturoti Loves piece.

Because many of our garments and accessories are one-of-a-kind and created from vintage or reclaimed textiles, we encourage you to review the photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Natural variations, small irregularities, and traces of a textile’s previous life are not considered defects. They are part of the character of working with vintage, reclaimed, and handcrafted materials.
