Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lola Faturoti Loves piece.

Because many of our garments and accessories are one-of-a-kind and created from vintage or reclaimed textiles, we encourage you to review the photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping charges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.

Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Natural variations, small irregularities, and traces of a textile’s previous life are not considered defects. They are part of the character of working with vintage, reclaimed, and handcrafted materials.
