Our work begins with what already exists. We use vintage silk saris, military garments, deadstock materials and textiles that already have a history. Rather than allowing these materials to be forgotten or discarded, we give them another life—reimagining them into something new while honoring the stories they already hold.

At Lola Faturoti Loves, clothing is more than something we wear. It carries memory, culture, identity and the hands of the people who make it.
We believe in making slowly and with intention. In working with artisans and honoring techniques passed from one generation to the next. In bringing cultures together with curiosity and respect, allowing something unexpected to emerge in the space between them.
That philosophy also shapes how we produce. In New Delhi, we work with a small, emerging woman-owned manufacturer in Dwarka. What began as a working relationship has grown into something much more personal—she has become like a sister to me. Ours is a relationship rooted in trust, love, collaboration and sisterhood: supporting her young business while sharing knowledge, experience and mentorship, and learning from one another as we grow together.
Most of our pieces are one of a kind or made in very small numbers. Their differences are part of their beauty. We embrace individuality, color and the unexpected, creating pieces that bring joy and invite the wearer to make them entirely their own.
At the heart of everything is connection—between past and present, maker and wearer, one culture and another.
And ultimately, the connection we have with ourselves.
